Kellie has been teaching Zumba fitness since 2008. Her classes are designed to inspire students to work beyond their comfort zone, to reach their full fitness potential and achieve results. You will work every muscle in your body resulting in a strong, lean body and increased endurance. Expect to feel a little awkward as you adjust to the moves for the first time. Typically by the third class, you’ve got it! Prepare to sweat like crazy and look and feel better than ever before!

STRONG30™ is a revolutionary 30-minute, high-intensity, full body workout where every single cardio and muscle-conditioning move is perfectly synced to original music. So instead of counting reps, you train to the beat, pushing past your limits and torching more calories.

Zumba® Fitness

Zumba® Fitness takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic, Latin-infused and World music. Squats and lunges are integrated throughout.

Zumba® Toning

Zumba® Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio dance fitness moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness party. Using Zumba® toning sticks or lightweight dumbbells, you’ll work every muscle group while you groove to amazing music from around the world

Bollywood-Inspired Dance Fitness Workout

Join certified BollyX instructor Kim Beuttler every Tuesday at 7:30pm for a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. This one-hour cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. No experience needed. Just wear sneakers, bring water, and get ready to have fun!

BollyX fitness is inspired and driven by the heart-pumping, energetic rhythms of Bollywood, the film industry of India. The class is a blend of dynamic choreography with high-intensity interval training (HIIT), burning up to 800 calories per 50 minute session.
